Adult bookstore; <br /> b. Adult mini motion picture theater; <br /> c. Adult motion picture theater; <br /> d. Class B cabaret. <br /> {}73}(7) Adult mini motion picture theater means an <br /> enclosed building with a capacity of one hundred and fifty (150) or <br /> fewer persons, which building is predominantly used for presenting <br /> material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matter <br /> depicting, describing or relating to "specified sexual activities" or <br /> "specified anatomical areas" for observation by patrons therein. <br /> f1 70( 8) Adult motion picture theater means an enclosed <br /> building with a capacity of more than one hundred and fifty (150) <br />
