"B" RESIBENEE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> Sec. 21-12. "B" Resideaee Residential District: Uses permitted; <br /> exceptions. <br /> (a) In the "B" Resideaee Residential District no building or <br /> premises shall be used and no building shall be erected, moved, <br /> structurally altered or enlarged, which is intended or designed to be <br /> used in whole or in part other than for one (1) or more of the <br /> following specified uses.: <br /> (1) Any use permitted in the "A-1" Resid:enee. Residential <br /> District; <br /> (2) Apartment housesyand boarding and.-iedging houses.; <br /> and.-teurist-heroes; <br /> ( 3) Institutions of an educational, philanthropic or <br /> eleemosynary nature; <br /> ( 4) Nursing homes, rest homes, convalescent homes, homes for <br /> the developmentally disabled or mentally ill pursuant to Indiana Code <br /> Section 16-13-21-11.5, 12, public or private clinics, principal offices <br /> of physicians or dentists, provided no nameplate exceeding one ( 1) <br /> square foot in area is used; <br /> ( 5) The following nonprofit organizations: Private clubs, <br /> lodges, fraternity and sorority houses, social and recreational center <br /> buildings, except those whose chief activity is a service customarily <br /> carried on as a business; <br /> ( 6) Customary agricultural uses, except farms operated for <br /> the disposal of refuse, garbage, offal, fur and stock farms; <br /> (7) Accessory buildings or uses customarily incidental to <br /> any of the above uses when located on the same lot, unless otherwise <br /> restricted by the provisions of Bivisiea-i3-e€-this-Artieie Chapter <br />
