Washington Street,City <br /> of South Bend, is sent to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation.The <br /> redevelopment of this site will provide for a positive adaptive reuse of this site. <br /> Upon a motion by Donna Chamblee,being seconded by Daniel Brewer and <br /> unanimously carried,the Special Exception Use of Manuel Villegas, Marco Villegas, <br /> David Navarro and Juan Ramierez for an indoor/outdoor soccer facility is sent to the <br /> Common Council with a favorable recommendation. The Special Exception Use allows <br /> an activity that is compatible with the general character and mix of uses in the neighborhood. <br /> PLEASE NOTE that the Ordinance has been amended by the petitioner and is different than that used for the <br /> Common Council's first reading.
