Main Street <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br /> INDIANA: <br /> SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is <br /> commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br /> be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification <br /> of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St . <br /> Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> A parcel of land located in the west one-half of the <br /> southwest one quarter of Section 25, Township 37 <br /> North, Range 2 East and more particularly described <br /> as beginning at the northwest corner of the Pleasant <br /> View Manor Addition, thence east along the north line <br /> of said addition, also being the centerline of <br /> Callander Street , a distance of 466.7 feet , thence <br /> north 50 feet along the east line of Auten's <br /> Subdivision, an unrecorded subdivision, to the point <br /> of beginning.
