Committee The attached Bill would formalize a procedure <br /> of the Whole <br /> addressing the appointment p <br /> g pp process for citizen <br /> members to various Council committees and other City <br /> boards, commissions, and agencies. <br /> Stephen Luecke <br /> First District You will recall that earlier this year, discussion <br /> on the need for such a ordinance took place. <br /> Donald Niezgodski <br /> Second District With your assistance, I believe that we can <br /> William Soderberg incorporate a process which sets forth a reasonable <br /> Third District and realistic procedure. The ordinance passage <br /> would be the first step of a two-step process.
