STAFF REPORT June 11, 1990 <br />Initiated by Councilman Thomas Zakrzewski 1344-90 <br />City of South Bend <br />RQUESTEB ACTION: This ordinance is intended to enhance the link between <br />Pedestrian movement and the location of off -site parking, and encourage maximum <br />usage of off -site parking by patrons and employees. <br />This ordinance amends Chapter 21, Article 5, Section 21 -93tb1 of the South Bend <br />Municipal Code by modifying the procedures through which a petitioner must gain <br />Board of Zoning Appeals approval for off -site parking spaces. <br />
