The second <br /> Donald Niezgodski amendment corrects the ten-year real property tax <br /> Second District abatement procedure for multi-family requests by <br /> William Soderberg requiring that they be within an economic <br /> Third District development target area as opposed to a <br /> neighborhood revitalization area. The last <br /> Ann Puzzello amendment incorporates a process of notifying the <br /> Fourth District Employment Training Services of real property tax <br /> abatements granted subject to working with the <br /> Linas Slavinskas ETS. It is anticipated that a form will be <br /> Fifth District developed which the Clerk's Office would routinely <br /> Thomas Zakrzewski send in all such instances to ETS. <br /> Sixth District <br /> Your favorable consideration of this ordinance <br /> Sean Coleman would be greatly appreciated.
