(2) Rehabilitation: Proposed multi-family <br /> developments which incorporate rehabilitation of not <br /> less than $500,000 in hard-dollar costs, which are to <br /> be located in the NRA7 EDTA, and which specify or <br /> guarantee that for the duration of the abatement not <br /> less than twenty percent (20%) of its units available <br /> for use by low and moderate income individuals or <br /> families may be considered for ten-year real property <br /> tax abatement. <br /> SECTION III. Chapter 2, Article 6, Section 2-83.2 of the <br /> Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, is hereby <br /> amended by the inclusion of new paragraph (d) which shall read <br /> as follows: <br /> (d) The City Clerk's Office shall notify ETS of all <br /> real property tax abatements granted subject to the <br /> ETS requirement addressed in this section by sending <br /> them a copy of the form completed by the Petitioner. <br /> SECTION IV.
