ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY MOTOR EQUIPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Monies available in the Cumulative Capital Development Fund are now <br /> needed in order to make additional purchases of emergency motor <br /> equipment for the City of South Bend. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I .
