a 4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. F693 9O <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200,000.00 FROM THE <br /> CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND TO <br /> PURCHASE. ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY MOTOR EQUIPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Monies available in the Cumulative Capital Development Fund are now <br /> needed in order to make additional purchases of emergency motor <br /> equipment for the City of South Bend. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I . The sum of $200,000 is hereby appropriated from Cumulative <br /> Capital Development fund 406 to be administered by the Controller and <br /> distributed as set forth below: <br /> 406.000. 16.04427.00 Motor Equipment $200,000 <br /> Total $200,000 <br /> SECTION II .
