To $.9 •-q b <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING MONIES FROM <br /> THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR PROGRAM FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> It is necessary to appropriate funds from the Next Door Neighbor <br /> Program Fund in order to fund grants to various neighborhood groups <br /> throughout the City in order to finance all or part of various <br /> neighborhood improvement projects to be undertaken by such groups. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I.
