(3) Office Uses: Offices and Office Buildings 1 per 400 sq. ft. or 2 per 3 employees, whichever is greater Medical and Dental Clinics 5 per doctor (4) Entertainment Uses: Theaters, Auditoriums, Gymnasiums Stadiums, Arenas, Convention Halls, and Places of Assembly with fixed seats 1 per 5 seats plus 1 per 2 employees (5) Public and Quasi-Public Uses: Libraries, Museums, and Art Galleries 10, plus 1 per 500 sq. ft. over 4 ,000 sg. ft.
