Additionally, <br /> we are requesting that funds be appropriated to the Controller' s <br /> budget in support of the associated fringe benefits for the staff <br /> person. <br /> This position is needed due to the anticipated construction in <br /> the Downtown area beginning this summer. We anticipate that funding <br /> will be available to support this position for two years. Continued <br /> support will be evaluated at the end of 1991. <br /> I will be happy to answer any questions you or other members of <br /> the Common Council may have regarding this ordinance.
