Committee <br /> of the Whole The attached Bill would amend Section 2-213 of <br /> the South Bend Municipal Code to include <br /> reference to the new code section, type of <br /> Stephen Luecke violation and penalty provisions offenses <br /> First District related to "large parties or gatherings <br /> requiring a second response" from the Police <br /> Donald Niezgodski Department. <br /> Second District <br /> William Soderberg This is a companion Bill to the one proposing to <br /> Third District establish specific procedures addressing such <br /> large parties and gatherings as new Section 13- <br /> Ann Puzzello 57 . 1. <br /> Fourth District <br /> The attached Bill would allow violators to pay <br /> Linas Slavinskas $50. 00 fines through the Ordinance Violations <br /> Fifth District Bureau in the City Clerk's Office. <br /> Thomas Zakrzewski I will be recommending that this Bill be sent to <br /> Sixth District trio <br /> the appropriate Council committee for review and <br /> Sean Coleman recommendation.
