Bill No. Ordinance No. F080-90 8 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 19, SECTION 2-213 COMMONLY KNOWN AS "SCHEDULE OF ORDINANCE AND CODE VIOLATIONS" STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The attached Bill would amend the "Schedule of Ordinance and Code Violation" section of the City Code, by the inclusion of large parties or gatherings. By this amendment the Ordinance Violations Bureau would be able to receive payment from violators. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I.
