PERSONNEL & FINANCE OCTOBER 8, 2012 <br /> Committee Members Present: Karen White, Gavin Ferlic, David Varner, <br /> Henry Davis <br /> Citizen Members Present: Tammy McNally <br /> Other Council Members Present: Tim Scott, Valerie Schey, Dr. Fred Ferlic <br /> Others Present: John Murphy, Mark Neal, Kathy Cekanski-Farrand <br /> Aladean DeRose, Gary Gilot, Kevin Allen, Jon Burke, <br /> Phil Faccenda <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 42-12—Levying Taxes &Fixing Rate <br /> Bill No. 43-12—Appropriation/Departments <br /> Bill No. 44-12—Appropriation/Enterprise Funds <br /> Bill No. 54-12—Salary Bill <br /> Bill No. 55-12—Mayor's Salary <br /> Karen White opened the Personnel &Finance Committee hearing by announcing all five <br /> bills on the agenda would be continued until the meeting scheduled for October 22, 2012. <br /> The three budget bills 42, 43 and 44 would be discussed at a budget hearing scheduled <br /> for Wednesday October 17th, The Mayor's salary Bill No. 55-12, the non-bargaining <br /> employee Bill No. 54-12 and the Clerk's salary Bill No. 59-12 as well as Council salary <br /> bills along with negotiated Police&Fire Wage Bills would all be considered on October <br /> 22, 2012. <br /> Council Attorney Cekanski again reviewed Council action deadlines prescribed by state <br /> law. Some random discussion followed before Karen adjourned at 3:47 p.m. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Personnel &Finance Committee at <br /> this time, Chairperson White adjourned the meeting at 3:47 p.m. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Karen L.
