The vault is in a deteriorated <br />condition, is a safety hazard, and is currently <br />roped off, closing most of this busy sidewalk. <br />The vault opens into the adjacent building's <br />basement. To correct this problem, the vault <br />needs to be walled off from the rest of the <br />basement, then filled with flowable fill, and <br />17 <br />
