He wondered whether a stoplight was <br />needed at Walter. <br />Mr. Davis asked who owns the Kmart <br />property. Mr. Schalliol responded he did not <br />know the name, but a development group out <br />of Atlanta owns it. <br />Mr. Davis asked if Mr. Schalliol had looked <br />up how much the City of South Bend <br />contracted with Christopher Burke for. Mr. <br />Schalliol's response was 5362,000. <br />Mr. Davis asked who owns Erskine Golf <br />Course. Mr. Schalliol responded the City of <br />South Bend. <br />Mr. Davis asked where the traffic was <br />coming from that was the cause of action. <br />Mr. Schalliol stated from the south and north. <br />Mr. Davis stated that the city's position is <br />that this project was state mandated rather <br />than a city decision.
