Mr. Molnar seconded the motion, which carried by roll call. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Roger Woodard submitted a comment via Chats stating in response to the objection for the <br />vacation of the alley, Fire and Police did not object. <br />Mr. Gilot stated the petitioner could ask the Street Department to regrade the alley to help with <br />flooding, or they could petition to privately pave the alley due to holding water.
