Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Friday, March 28, 2008. <br />Ms. Jones noted that the minutes list her as both <br />absent and presiding at the meeting. She was <br />absent and Mr. King presided. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. <br />King and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Friday, March 28, 2008, as corrected. Mr. Varner <br />abstained. <br />B. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />Friday, April 11, 2008. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. <br />King and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of <br />Friday, April 11, 2008.
