The analysis behind the recommendation, <br /> as well as the entire proposal, will be presented as the staff recommendation for this <br /> project. All residents from the neighborhood are urged to attend. <br /> The Thursday meeting will be held in the 4th Floor Council Chambers of the County-City <br /> Building at 227 West Jefferson Boulevard.
