Bill # <br /> Ordinance # cK t s 4 -q i <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,180.86 <br /> FROM THE FAIR HOUSING CONFERENCE HELD IN APRIL 1990. <br /> Statement of Purpose and Intent <br /> Revenue generated from the Fair Housing Conference held by the <br /> South Bend Human Rights Commission in April 1990 to further fair <br /> housing enforcement efforts by engaging in fair housing activities. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> Section I. <br /> The sum of $1,180.86 is hereby appropriated to be administered <br /> by the Human Rights Commission for Fair Housing activities. <br /> Section II. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br /> its passage by the Common Council and approved by the 0. sj . <br /> Member Arr.
