BILL NO. ORDINANCE NO. 8/q7- Q0 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $105,000.00 WITHIN THE SEWAGE WORKS OPERATIONS FUNDS ( 641) , AND $42,000.00 WITHIN THE SOLID WASTE OPERATIONS FUNDS (610) , ALL FUNDS BEING A PART OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 1990. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Unforseen conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budgets which necessitate the appropriation of additional funds within the Sewage Works Operations Fund, and the Solid Waste Operations Fund of the City of South Bend from adequate surpluses which are available for this purpose. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the. Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: SECTION I. That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated for the year 1990 for various accounts as listed below: ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT SEWAGE WORKS OPERATIONS FUND 33 . 04254.00 Salt $ 105,000 TOTAL $ 105,000 SOLID WASTE OPERATIONS 22.04398.40 Landfill $ 42,000 TOTAL $ 42,000 SECTION II .
