Statement of Purpose and Intent In order to process employment discrimination complaints arising within the South Bend Human Rights Commission jurisdiction and augment out equal employment enforcement efforts by engaging in outreach, education, training and technical assistance, it is necessary to appropriate funds received from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: Section I.
