This area <br /> is bounded to the north and east by Lincolnway West, to the west by Blaine and LaPorte <br /> Avenues, and to the south by an east-west alley north of LaSalle Avenue. In order to accomplish <br /> the Lincoln Park Neighborhood Revitalization Plan, it is necessary for the South Bend Common <br /> Council to approve and adopt it. An explanatory memo from Chris Dressel, Planner is attached <br /> along with the proposed Resolution and the Lincoln Park Neighborhood Revitalization Plan <br /> which was previously sent to Council Members via e-mail from Mr. Dressel on October 10, <br /> 2012. <br /> Mr. Dressel will present this Resolution to the Council at its Committee meeting and at <br /> the full Council regular meeting. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> L6� Pn Clerk's Office <br /> Aladean M.
