This area <br /> is bounded to the north and east by Lincolnway West, to the west by Blaine and LaPorte <br /> Avenues, and to the south by an east-west alley north of LaSalle Avenue. In order to accomplish <br /> the Lincoln Park Neighborhood Revitalization Plan, it is necessary for the South Bend Common <br /> Council to approve and adopt it.
