The <br /> subject property is west of Portage Rd. and surrounds 3303 <br /> Portage Rd. . <br /> 2) Name and address of property owner of the petition site: <br /> Holladay Corporation <br /> 220 W. Colfax Rd. , Suite 200 <br /> South Bend, IN 46601 <br /> 3) Name and address of contingent purchasers <br /> B & R Oil Co. Inc. <br /> 6910N. Gumwood Rd. , Box 54 <br /> Granger, IN 46530 <br /> 4) It is desired and requested that this property be rezoned <br /> from C - t-ommercial C Height & Area <br /> C C .merial C <br /> to D - Lig r Tndiisrrial . F Height 4 Area <br /> 5) This zoning is requested to allow the following uses: <br /> a) Convenience Store with an attached Car Wash & <br /> self service gasoline on the .884 acres that <br /> front Portage Rd. . <br /> b) Mini. Storage buildings for rent by the general <br /> public on the remaining 2.231 acres.: <br /> 6) Attached is a copy of (a) legal description of the property; <br /> (b) a list of names and addresses of all property owners <br /> within 300 feet of the petition property; (c) five (5) site <br /> plans; and (d) addressed, stamped envelopes for all property <br /> owners within 300 feet of the petition property. <br /> 7) By signing this petition, I and the contingent purchaser <br /> understand that if the Council approves this petition to <br /> rezone, it may be approved subject to final site plan.
