ORDINANCE NO. g/ 762 - 97 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $466,652.00 FROM THE EMERGENCY <br /> MEDICAL SERVICES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO FUND <br /> LEASE/PURCHASE PAYMENTS AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASES <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Monies available in the <br /> Emergency Medical Services Capital Improvement Fund are now needed in <br /> order to make payments due on lease-purchase agreements and to <br /> purchase equipment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $466,652. 00 is hereby appropriated from <br /> the Emergency Medical Services Capital. Improvement Fund No. 288 to be <br /> administered by the Fire Department and distributed as set forth. <br /> below: <br /> 288 0902 422 3702 Rentals/Equipment. $ 455,642.00 <br /> 288 0902 422 4305 Equipment Purchases 11,010.00 <br /> TOTAL $ 466,652.00 <br /> SECTION II .
