• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ?/ t 9 - n/ / <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,140. 00 FROM THE HAZMAT <br /> FUND TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Monies available in the Hazmat Fund are now needed in order to <br /> make additional purchases of equipment for the City of South Bend. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $4,140.00 is hereby appropriated from <br /> Hazmat Fund 289 to be administered by the Controller and distributed <br /> as set forth below: <br /> 289 0901 422 4305 Hazmat Equipment $ 4,140.00 <br /> TOTAL $ 4,140.00 <br /> SECTION II.
