F/‘ 1 7- 9/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $92,000 <br /> AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE <br /> DEPART OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of <br /> Urban Development Action Grant Reimbursement Funds and that the <br /> immediate needs of specific activities are met, appropriation of <br /> funds is necessary. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I. The sum of $92,000 of is hereby appropriated to <br /> accounts as set forth below. <br /> Project No. Description Amount <br /> UR91-002 Engineering Services $30,000 <br /> UR91-003 Mayor's Housing Forum Planning 41,000 <br /> UR91-004 Computer Mapping 6,000 <br /> UR91-005 Human Rights Temporary Staff 15,000 <br /> $92,000 <br /> SECTION II.
