• <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br /> TRANSFERRING $100,000 FROM THE EQUIPMENT RENTAL ACCOUNT <br /> TO THE MOTOR EQUIPMENT ACCOUNT <br /> ALL WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND FOR THE YEAR 1991 <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> Unforeseen budget conditions have developed since the <br /> adoption of existing budgets which necessitate the transfer of funds <br /> from the equipment rental account to the motor equipment account all <br /> within the Cumulative Capital Development Fund of the City of South <br /> Bend. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. That the following accounts be adjusted as <br /> described below: <br /> CUMULATIVE CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND <br /> Increase the following account: <br /> 406. 0401-415-4302 Motor Equipment $100,000.00 <br /> Decrease the following accounts: <br /> 406-0401-415-3702 Equipment Rental $100,000.00 <br /> SECTION II.
