• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / 7 3— 9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1 ,302 , 600 . 00 FROM THE <br /> LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND FOR THE 1991 PUBLIC WORKS <br /> PROGRAM AND REDUCING APPROPRIATIONS ON VARIOUS CLOSED <br /> PROJECTS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to close completed projects , meet existing and proposed <br /> traffic demands and to provide for safe and efficient movement of <br /> vehicles , certain improvements are needed within the City of South Bend, <br /> Indiana. New projects consist of #9101 - Paving & Slurry for fiscal year <br /> 1991 , #9102 - Various Improvements , #9103 - Corby Storm Sewer and #9104 - <br /> Ironwood Appraisals . These funds are available from the Local Roads and <br /> Streets Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> Section I : The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br /> and ordered set apart from the Local Roads and Streets Fund for the <br /> projects in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
