} <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / 8'1.9-q r <br /> BILL NO. 07` 9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING <br /> MONIES FROM THE STANLEY COVELESKI REGIONAL <br /> STADIUM FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The Common Council has determined that it is necessary to <br /> appropriate certain funds from the Stanley Coveleski Regional Stadium <br /> Fund in order to pay for certain capital improvements, including <br /> repairs to the lighting system and improving the irrigation system <br /> around the Southwest parking lot and areas to the immediate South and <br /> East of the Stadium. Additionally, it has been determined that <br /> monies from this fund should be appropriated for the purchase of a <br /> computer for the lighting system. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I: That the following funds shall be and hereby are <br /> appropriated from the following accounts within the Coveleski Fund: <br /> COVELESKI FUND <br /> Account Number: Description Amount: <br /> 401-0401-452-4202 Capital Improvements $30 ,000.00 <br /> 401-0401-452-4310 Miscellaneous Equipment $ 2,000.00 <br /> SECTION II .
