S21' 7-9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,500.00 FROM THE <br /> EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> FUND TO FUND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE APPARATUS STORAGE <br /> SPACE AT 701 WEST SAMPLE STREET, SOUTH BEND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Monies available in the <br /> Emergency Medical Services Capital Fund are now needed in order to <br /> make improvements such as the installation of one ( 1) overhead door, <br /> the installation of a wall, the relocation of an exhaust fan and <br /> other miscellaneous projects in the apparatus storage space in the <br /> former Equipment Services Body Shop at 701 West Sample Street. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I . The sum of $6,500. 00 is hereby appropriated from the <br /> Emergency Medical Services Capital Improvement Fund No. 288 to be <br /> used to fund certain improvements to the apparatus storage space in <br /> the former Equipment Services Body Shop at 701 West Sample Street, <br /> South Bend, including the installation of one ( 1) overhead door, the <br /> installation of a wall, the relocation of an exhaust fan and other <br /> miscellaneous project. <br /> SECTION II .
