ORDINANCE NO. 874/6-94 / AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE WEST WASHINGTON-CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT AREA OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, INDIANA: SECTION I . The Zoning maps entitled "Book of Maps" Section 21-S of Chapter 21 - Zoning, Municipal code of the City of South Bend, are hereby amended by the attached map - Exhibit I . SECTION II . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following real estate labeled A on Exhibit I , is hereby established as "A" Residential , "A" Height and Area. SECTION III . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following real estate, Labeled A-1 in Exhibit I , is hereby established as "A-1"Residential , "B" Height and Area. SECTION IV. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following real estate, Labeled B on Exhibit I , is hereby established as "B" Residential , "D" Height and Area. SECTION V. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following real estate, Labeled A-3 on Exhibit I , is hereby established as "A-3" Mixed Use Multi-family Residential and Commercial , "E" Height and Area. SECTION VI . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following real estate, labeled C on Exhibit I , is hereby established as "C" Commercial , "D" Height and Area. SECTION VII . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following real estate, labeled D on Exhibit I , is hereby established as "D" Light Industrial , "E" Height and Area.
