Rouse <br />President, South Bend Common Council <br />455 County-City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: Morns Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale Marketing Fund Appropriation <br />Dear Mr. Rouse, <br />I attach for filing with the South Bend Common Council an Ordinance requesting an <br />appropriation of $2,900 within the Morns Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale <br />Marketing Fund (Fund 273). Revenues from this fund are generated from the solicitation <br />of funding for commercial promotion sponsorships and Morns marquee sponsorships. <br />Pursuant to Ordinance No. 9768-07, the Morns Center has solicited and acquired funds <br />for sponsorship of ticket stock and hereby requests funds be released to purchase said <br />ticket stock. The amount of $2,900 is hereby requested for appropriation. The purpose for <br />which the Morns Performing Arts Center desires appropriation consists of the following: <br />$2,900 Purchase of Morns Performing Arts Center ticket stock <br />The Morris Performing Arts Center requests the Council's approval of this Ordinance <br />that will benefit the City and its citizens. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~~ <br />Dennis J.
