Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2008 South Bend Common Council <br />The April 14, 2008 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was <br />called to order by Council President Timothy A. Rouse at 5:12 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner, Rouse, Dieter, Davis, <br />Jr., Kirsits, LaFountain, Davis, White and Puzzello; City Attorney Charles Leone, <br />Chief Assistant City Attorney Aladean DeRose, Public Works Director Gary Gilot, <br />and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney <br />Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant <br />to the April 10 Notice of Executive Session (copy attached) for the purpose of <br />discussing strategy with respect to pending litigation called pursuant to Indiana <br />Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B); with that the notice was duly posted by the Office of <br />the City Clerk. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the April 10, 2008 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 5:50 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~~L~ <br />Timothy A. se <br />Council P sident <br />
