PARC COMMITTEE <br />The April 14, 2008 meeting of the PARC Committee of the South Bend Common Council was <br />called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member Ann Puzzello at 3:55 p.m. in the Council's <br />Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney, John Voorde, City <br />Clerk <br />Committee Members present, Derek D. Dieter, Vice-Chairperson, Oliver Davis, Member, Martha <br />Lewis, Citizen Member, Ralph Lampkin, Jr., Citizen Member <br />BILL NO. 17-08 <br />Dennis Andres, Executive Director of the Morris Pertorming Arts Center, explained that Mark <br />Tarner of South Bend Chocolate continues to support the costs of the Morris Ticket Stock, this <br />year totaling $2,900.00. This stock with The S.B. Chocolate Co. logo on the reverse side would <br />be used to print over 200,000 admission tickets this year. With the funds now in hand, he asked <br />the Council's appropriation. Andres also asked for a Council Member to sit on the Morris board <br />which meets quarterly. Dieter volunteered and was endorsed by all. On a motion by Council <br />Member Dieter and a second by Council Member Oliver Davis the request fora $2,900.00 <br />appropriation was favorably recommended. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member Puzzello <br />adjourned the meeting at 4:39 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />'L~ <br />Ann Puzzello, Chairp rs n <br />PARC Committee <br />
