Following discussion it was agreed that Council Member Kirsits, as Chairperson of the Utilities <br /> Committee would hold a Utilities Committee meeting on Monday, October 24th for at least 30 <br /> minutes to hear an overview of all three (3) bills. Mr. Gilot would also address the Council <br /> under"Reports of City Offices" at the October 24th Council Meeting.
