f � s <br /> Health and Public Safety Committee <br /> 2005 South Bend Common Council <br /> The February 14, 2005 meeting of the Health and Public Safety Committee was called to order <br /> by its Chairperson, Council Member Karen L. White at 5:07 p.m. in the Council Informal <br /> Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included: Council Members Dieter, Pfeifer, Puzzello, Varner, Kuspa, <br /> Rouse, and White; Citizen Member Isabel Gonzalez, City Clerk John Voorde, Rita Kopala and <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> • Council Member White noted that the Council has received a letter from the petitioner for Bill <br /> No. 5-05 which would address the International Fire Code, requesting that the Bill be continued <br /> to the February 28, 2005 Council meeting. <br /> Council Member Rouse then made a motion, seconded by Citizen Member Isabel Gonzalez that <br /> Bill No. 5-05 be continued to the February 28,2005 Council meeting.
