Payment for each unit will be processed upon delivery of the unit <br />to the City of South Bend. <br />Number of Units: One (1) or more. <br />Yes[ No❑ <br />Price Guarantee: The successful vendor shall guarantee the quote price for a Yeso No❑ <br />minimum of 12 months from the purchase date to the City of <br />South Bend. The City reserves the right to purchase up to two (2) <br />additional sweepers at this price. <br />Note to Vendor: Vendor to check Yes or No for each area of this specification as <br />listed and return with submitted quote. When a No is checked <br />the vendor must attach an explanation of the reason and <br />comparable technology or performance to the unit being quoted. <br />Failure to do so will be grounds to reject the quote as non- <br />responsive. Any system or systems required in the operation, <br />maintenance, or safety of a complete working unit and not <br />described in this specification should be noted and explained on <br />a separate sheet and attached to the quote. <br />11 <br />
