We have purchased this property, and a° r 9 Y w <br />have taken possession on April 14, 2008. Our plan, upon your acceptance of our petition is to <br />remodel the building and for our advertising and marketing company to occupy it later this <br />summer.. <br />I have attached all the requested information for your review, including exhibit D, which aub <br />additional questions you posed for this particular type of tax abatement. If you need any <br />additional information, please don't hesitate to contact me.: <br />We look forward to your review of this petition and respectfully request approval from the <br />Council. <br />We have established a separate corporation for the management of the building -River Rock rs <br />Incorporated.
