Executive Session <br /> 2005 South Bend Common Council <br /> The June 13, 2005 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br /> order by its President, Charlotte D. Pfeifer at 5:25 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Pfeifer, Dieter, White,Kelly, Puzzello, <br /> Varner, Kuspa, and Rouse; Mayor Stephen J. Luecke, City Controller M. Catherine Fanello, City <br /> Attorney Charles S. Leone and attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br /> contained in the meeting notice, attached hereto and included herein by reference, namely <br /> Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A) which addresses the discussion of strategy with regard to <br /> collective bargaining involving the police and fire departments. <br /> Council President Pfeifer adjourned the Executive Committee Meeting at 6:20 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Charlotte D.
