Executive Session <br /> 2005 South Bend Common Council <br /> The August 8, 2005 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br /> order by its President, Charlotte D. Pfeifer at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Pfeifer, Varner, Kirsits, Kelly, <br /> Puzzello, Rouse, White, Dieter, and Kuspa; Mayor Stephen J. Luecke, City Controller M. <br /> Catherine Fanello, City Attorney Charles S. Leone, Board of Public Safety's agent/negotiator; , <br /> Fire Chief Luther Taylor, Assistant Fire Chief Rick Switalski, Juanita Dempsey of the Board of <br /> Public Safety and attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council's agent/negotiator. <br /> This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br /> contained in the meeting notice which was duly posted and called pursuant to Indiana Code <br /> 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A) which addresses the discussion of strategy with regard to collective <br /> bargaining with the representatives of the South Bend Fire Depaitinent and the South Bend <br /> Police Department. <br /> Council President Pfeifer adjourned the Executive Committee Meeting at 5:40 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> 91-e:t <br /> Charlotte D.
