A <br /> Ordinance I .. -� <br /> AN OI)INANCE APPROPRIATING REVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $1,650.00 FROM THE FAIR HOUSING AWARDS DINNER IN SEPTEMBER 1991. <br /> Statement of Purpose and Intent <br /> It is necessary to appropriate the $1,650.00 generated from <br /> the Fair Housing Awards Dinner held by the South Bend Human <br /> Rights Commission in September 1991 to further process housing <br /> discrimination complaints arising within the South Bend Human <br /> Rights Commission jurisdiction and augment our fair housing <br /> enforcement efforts by engaging in outreach, education, training <br /> and technical assistance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana as follows: <br /> Section I. <br /> The sum of $1,650.00 is hereby appropriated and set apart to <br /> be administered by the Human Rights Commission for Fair Housing <br /> activities. <br /> Section II. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage by the Common Council and approved by the <br /> Mayor. <br /> /4(//-47 <br /> Member the Common Council <br /> filed in C1e rA s Q <br /> tGe <br /> OCT 2 31991 <br /> CIIYCRFR�SO�g N� <br /> .IN, <br />
