AL-ABBAS, P.E. <br />Enclosed herewith is the Petition for the Voluntary Annexation into the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana for Cleveland Road between 2100 through the 21500 block of Cleveland Road. <br />Annexation of the section of roadway following reconstruction of Cleveland Road was <br />previously approved in the intergovernmental agreement between the City and the County for the <br />construction project. Upon completion of the attached petition, the section ofright-of--way noted <br />above will become part of the City's inventory and the City will be responsible for all future <br />maintenance of the roadway. <br />The petition has been reviewed and deemed acceptable.
