If additional layers are present, additional charges may be applied for any additional layers. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Accounts overdue beyond 30 days of billing will be charged at an interest rate of 1.5% per month. If necessary, any disputes that may arise from or related to this contract that are unable to be resolved by negotiations, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by civil mediation with an agreed upon mediator in a confidential manner. Note: this proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days. Once this proposal is accepted by signature by the customer, it becomes a binding contract. The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 3 business days. If beyond the 3 day period, customer will be responsible for any costs incurred.
