' 2 /6-'7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1950 RIDGEDALE ROAD IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Ridgedale Nursing Home All of Lot 572 of the recorded Plat of Twyckenham Hills, Section "J" and all of Lot 652 of the recorded Plat of Twyckenham Hills, Section "K", EXCEPTING therefrom as follows, viz: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 572, Twyckenham Hills, Section "J", thence South 240 feet along Westerly Line of Lots 572 and 652; thence East 115 feet parallel to the North Line of said Lot 572 and 652 to a point 115 feet Easterly from the place of beginning on the said North line of Lot 572; thence Westerly 115 feet along the said North line to the place of beginning, containing 6. 155 acres. be and the same is hereby established as B Residential A Height and Area. SECTION II. This rezoning shall be subject to the Petitioner filing a Final Site Development Plan addressing screening, pursuant to Section 21-99 of the Municipal Code, for the land along the West Boundary beginning at the setback line going south for approximate length of 215 feet, and screening and/or an earthen berm along the North boundary on Ridgedale Road beginning at its most Western point to the East for approximately 150 feet.
