' 2 /6-'7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1950 RIDGEDALE ROAD <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which <br /> ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is <br /> amended in order that the zoning classification of the <br /> following described real estate in the City of South Bend, <br /> St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> Ridgedale Nursing Home <br /> All of Lot 572 of the recorded Plat of Twyckenham <br /> Hills, Section "J" and all of Lot 652 of the recorded Plat <br /> of Twyckenham Hills, Section "K", EXCEPTING therefrom as <br /> follows, viz: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 572, <br /> Twyckenham Hills, Section "J", thence South 240 feet along <br /> Westerly Line of Lots 572 and 652; thence East 115 feet <br /> parallel to the North Line of said Lot 572 and 652 to a <br /> point 115 feet Easterly from the place of beginning on the <br /> said North line of Lot 572; thence Westerly 115 feet along <br /> the said North line to the place of beginning, containing <br /> 6. 155 acres. <br /> be and the same is hereby established as B Residential A <br /> Height and Area. <br /> SECTION II. This rezoning shall be subject to the <br /> Petitioner filing a Final Site Development Plan addressing <br /> screening, pursuant to Section 21-99 of the Municipal Code, <br /> for the land along the West Boundary beginning at the <br /> setback line going south for approximate length of 215 feet, <br /> and screening and/or an earthen berm along the North <br /> boundary on Ridgedale Road beginning at its most Western <br /> point to the East for approximately 150 feet. <br /> SECTION III.
