W o2. //- 7 I <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE <br /> OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS <br /> OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE <br /> FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1992, AND ENDING <br /> DECEMBER 31, 1992, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS <br /> AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME <br /> SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> It is necessary to pass this Ordinance in order to <br /> appropriate monies to defray the expenses of several departments of <br /> the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1992. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. For the expenses of the Civil City <br /> Government, its various departments, funds, commissions, and <br /> institutions for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1992, the <br /> following sums of money, as set forth in the attached budget which is <br /> made a part hereof, are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out <br /> of the funds hereinafter named, and for the purposes hereinafter <br /> specified, subject to the laws governing the same. The sums herein <br /> appropriated shall be deemed to include all expenditures authorized to <br /> be made in said year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated or <br /> provided by the law. <br /> SECTION II. For the fiscal year ending December 31, <br /> 1992, there is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund and from <br /> Funds other than the General Fund, of said City to wit: <br /> Park Maintenance Fund <br /> Motor Vehicle Highway Fund <br /> Fire Pension Fund <br /> Police Pension Fund <br /> Liability Insurance & Premium Reserve Fund <br /> Park District Bond Fund <br /> Morris Civic Auditorium Fund <br /> T.I.F. Debt Service Fund <br /> Cumulative Capital Development Fund <br /> Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund <br /> Redevelopment District Bond Fund- <br /> (Parking Garage) <br /> Redevelopment District Bond Fund- <br /> (Stadium) <br /> Century Center Fund <br /> Redevelopment Bond Fund (Studebaker) <br /> SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval <br /> by the Mayor. <br />
