TO 40 FEET EAST OF THE EAST LINE OF LOT 29 <br /> Dear Members of the Council : <br /> In accordance with Municipal Code Section 18-53 .8 , a favorable <br /> recommendation is being submitted to the Common Council concerning the <br /> Vacation Petition filed by the Northern Indiana Historical Society, <br /> Inc. , 808 West Washington Street , South Bend, Indiana, which indicated <br /> Mr. Lloyd S . Taylor, 808 West Washington Street, South Bend, Indiana, as <br /> the Contact Person, to vacate the following property: <br /> West Jefferson Street from the west line of Lot #32 running <br /> east to 40 feet east of the east line of Lot #29 in Ann Thomas <br /> Subdivision to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for a distance <br /> of approximately 270 feet <br /> For your information, a Public Hearing concerning the Vacation Petition <br /> as filed was held by the Board of Public Works on February 3 , 1992 . <br /> Mr. Lloyd S. Taylor, 808 West Washington Street , South Bend, Indiana, <br /> made a presentation to the Board and spoke in favor of the vacation. <br /> There was no one present to speak against this vacation and the Board <br /> did not receive any written objections .
