After completing simulation testing, progress toward Go-Live milestones was evaluated. Various <br />issues and interface developments remain, which will extend testing and system readiness. The City determined <br />that the October 26, 2020 Go-Live date is not within reach, and additional time is required before the City is ready to <br />Go-Live with enQuesta v6. Development is expected to continue into November, with testing to follow. The City has <br />requested the Go-Live date be extended to December 15, 2020. <br />Project deliverables remaining to be completed include, End User Training, Go-Live, and Post Implementation <br />Support. <br />Proposed Resolution <br />S&S will provide seven additional weeks of project management to support the City’s Go-Live extension request. <br />Impact to Project Schedule, Risks, and Deliverables Impacted <br />The project Go-Live date is extended seven weeks to December 15, 2020, pushing project closure out to March <br />2021.
