All rights reserved. <br />This is EXHIBIT K, consisting of 2 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated November 12, 2018. <br />AMENDMENT TO OWNER-ENGINEER AGREEMENT <br />Amendment No. 3 <br />1.Background Data: <br />a. Effective Date of Owner-Engineer Agreement: November 12, 2018 <br />b. Owner: Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana <br />c. Engineer: Cardno, Inc. <br />d. Project: St. Joseph River Bank Stabilization LARE Feasibility: Riverside Drive at <br />Yukon <br />2.Description of Modifications: <br />a. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance <br />with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: <br />Engineer shall provide easement acquisition support for the consulting firm selected by <br />the City to acquire temporary easements for the Riverside Drive Bank Stabilization <br />Project: Cardno Inc. will work with the selected consultant on a limited basis to <br />familiarize the consultant with the design plans, provide available landowner <br />information, provide record of prior landowner communication and general support <br />during the easement acquisition process <br />Cardno Inc. will provide up to 1 site visit to familiarize the selected consultant with the <br />scope of construction proposed. <br />Cardno Inc. will strictly be serving in a support role and is not responsible for acquiring <br />any easements or landowner communication. <br />b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner <br />shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: $2,000.00
